​​​​Early Life and Education

From childhood, Sri Rama Das displayed remarkable intelligence, humility, and a natural inclination toward spiritual life. Though academically brilliant, his heart was always drawn to service and community upliftment.
He pursued his Master’s Degree in Electronics and later moved to the USA, where he worked as an Electronics Engineer in space research, contributing to the design of 11 chipsets used in Chandrayaan-3.

Balancing science and spirituality, he later completed his Bhakti Shastri from ISKCON and graduated from the GBC College Leadership Program, merging modern education with deep Vedic wisdom.

 

​Spiritual Journey

He received both Harinam and Brahminical initiations under the divine shelter of HH Bhakti Raghava Swami Maharaj, a senior ISKCON spiritual master and pioneer of the Varnasrama movement.
Inspired by Srila Prabhupada’s vision, Sri Rama Das Prabhu dedicated his life to the twin missions of Book Distribution and Cow Protection & Agriculture, which he often calls “the two solid pillars of Prabhupada’s mission.”

• South India Representative, ISKCON Ministry of Cow Protection & Agriculture (IMPC)
  – Actively visits goshalas across South India, promoting best practices in cow care and sustainable farming.

• National Book Distribution Campaigner
  – Conducted large-scale seminars inspiring thousands during the Bhadra Purnima and other national initiatives.

  – Instrumental in establishing temples, farm projects, and Varnasrama communities across India.

1. ISKCON Cyberabad (Hyderabad)

   • Successfully secured land worth ₹200 crores from the Government for developing a grand ISKCON temple, Goshala, and Farmers’ Training Center.

2. ISKCON Sadasivpet (Telangana)

   • Leading the development of a farm community with 50 cows, focusing on organic farming, self-sufficiency, and youth education through a Varnasrama College.

3. ISKCON Mangalore

   • Serving as TMC Chairman, guiding temple activities and congregational growth.

4. ISKCON Miyapur

   • Supporting preaching, community outreach, and spiritual education programs.

At present, His Grace Sri Rama Das Prabhu serves as the Temple President of ISKCON IVCC (Cyberabad), overseeing the construction and development of one of South India’s most ambitious ISKCON projects—a temple and farm complex dedicated to Srila Prabhupada’s vision of “Books and Farms.”
